The Dells have been singing and performing for over five decades, have sold millions of records, and are considered the most enduring vocal group in the history of Rhythm and Blues. Affectionately known as The Mighty Dells by fans and the music industry, its members continue to set the standard for top-to-bottom male harmony. The Dells have a string of R&B & Pop hits, including 3 number one R&B hits: ?Oh What A Night,? certified as a million seller in 1956 & 1969; ?Stay in My Corner,? and ?Give Your Baby A Standing Ovation,? plus 44 Billboard R&B and pop charted recordings. These hits transformed The Dells into major concert headliners around the world. The Dells were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004.
THE MANHATTANS had a string of hits during the mid 1960?s. In 1970 THE MANHATTANS broke out of their mold as "doo-woppers" and achieved success with the love song "A Million To One". They had a string of hit ballads including, "There's No Me Without You,? "We Never Danced To A Love Song," "Feels So Good,? "You're My Life,? "There's No Good In Goodbye," "Hurt,? and "Kiss And Say Goodbye", a platinum selling #1 pop and R&B hit in 1976. They have received their share of platinum and gold singles, albums, and other industry kudos; most notably a 1980 Grammy for "Shining Star?. On February 25, 1999 THE MANHATTANS were inducted into the Rhythm and Blues Hall of Fame.
